THE COMPANY

The Company got incorporated in the year 2003 on a green field project for establishing a Mini Integrated Steel Plant. The unit/site is centrally located in India at Umred, in Nagpur District of Maharashtra Sate near Umred highway, spread over more than 160 acres.

The unit is an ISO certified company having its own Rolling Mill, Sponge Iron plant, Steel Melting Shop, with Captive Cogeneration Power to meet the power requirements & own Coal Mines.

MANUFACTURING SET UP

The existing installed capacity consisting production of

Sponge Iron 2 x 100 TPD Kilns : 60,000 MT per annum.
Steel/Billet 3 x 12 MT Capacity Induction Furnaces : 1,18,800 MT per annum
Captive Power generation : 30 MW (2 x 13 MW from AFBC Boilers & 2 x 2 MW from WHR Boilers)
Rolling Mill : 1,50,000 MT per annum capacity
Coal Mines : 3,75,000 MT per annum

(Mining Plans has been prepared for the expansion from 3,75,000 MT to 5,00,000 MT per annum)
